I get an error when I try to unzip the file:
Error in file #1: bad Zip file offset (Error local header signature not found): 0

Understood. I was able to download and unzip. If you are unable to unzip from another computer than perhaps I can send the zip file directly to you.
I am using file compression within WinXP. Win2000 or earlier might be slightly different? If you cannot try from another computer let me know where to e-mail it directly.

Hi Art,
I had someone here at the office with WinXP try to open the compressed (zipped) folder for the Least Privileges zip file and it still gives an error. If you could send the uncompressed file to 'brad@tvtraffic.com', I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
