The Sr .NET Developer will lead the development team in the design and development; provide technical architectural guidance for .NET software solutions including:
* The design and Development of user interfaces, front-end and back-end tools to accommodate business requirements, weighing such considerations as ease of development, ease of use, comprehensiveness, flexibility, reliability, maintainability, and error handling
* Design, architect, and code BizTalk 2004/2006/MS SQL Server - centric platform whose Service Oriented Architecture will integrate and innovate future platforms
- Design Service-Oriented MS .Net solutions for a heterogeneous software environment
- Guide Implementation teams and participate directly in development. Lead code review and progress reviews
- Manage & Mentor staff in the appropriate use of design patterns, application blocks and MS technologies in developing well-architected service-oriented solutions.
- Participate in the drafting, Maintenance and enforcement of IT standards through the SDLC
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems with existing applications
- Evaluate change requests and determine the impact of those changes to the assigned systems
- Manage complex, distributed software projects using wide range of cutting edge technology in Microsoft development, .NET, C#, SQL Server 2000/2005, BizTalk2004
Required Experience:
* 4 Years experience designing and building component-based solutions
* Experience designing Service-Oriented solutions for the MS .NET platform
* Hands-on experience implementing solutions using current MS Technologies
* Experience with .NET Framework in an object-oriented environment
* Experience developing with C#, ASP.NET, VB, MS SQL Server, and XML/UML/HTML/DHTML
* 10 Years experience in developing complex multi-tiered solutions
Required Skills:
* C# and .NET database application architecture
* SQL Server 2000 (2005 a +)
* Extensive BizTalk 2004 (2006 a +)
* .NET Security
* XML/Web Services
* Bachelor's degree in related field
